Ferris doesn’t have a ton of options when it comes to playgrounds, so Shaw Creek fills a real gap for families in the area. It’s a community spot in the truest sense — locals know it, locals use it, and it’s easy enough to get to that it actually gets used regularly. Not every park in a small town pulls that off. Worth checking out if you’re in the area with kids who need to burn some energy.
