The Commons at Hermann Park is honestly one of the better playgrounds in Houston — the kind of place where you can actually tell someone put thought into the design. There are distinct zones for toddlers and older kids, so the little ones aren’t getting steamrolled by big kids on the climbing structure, and the water feature is a lifesaver in the Houston heat. The slides and merry-go-round keep school-agers busy while parents do laps on the walking path nearby.
