Towne Lake Park Playground

If you live in McKinney and haven’t made it out to Towne Lake yet, you’re genuinely missing out. The playground sits right alongside the lake, so kids can burn energy on the equipment while you actually enjoy the view — not a bad trade. Restrooms are clean, the grills and picnic tables get used hard and still manage to stay in solid shape, which says a lot. The walking path around the water is an easy, peaceful loop that doesn’t feel like a chore. Honestly one of the better-kept parks in the area, and it shows.
