The splash pad is the real draw here — on a hot Richmond summer day, kids are basically living in it. Shade is pretty scarce though, so bring your own if you’ve got a canopy or plan to come early before the sun gets brutal. It stays noticeably clean and well-kept, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every neighborhood playground around here. Little ones seem to have a genuinely good time, and parents tend to feel comfortable letting them roam.
