Scera Park South Playground

The shade situation here is genuinely one of the better ones in Orem — big mature trees that actually block the afternoon sun, which matters a lot in a Utah summer. Kids 4 and up will get the most out of it, with climbing structures and slides that have enough going on to hold their attention for a solid stretch. There are picnic tables if you want to make a proper outing of it, and the open grass field gives older kids room to spread out beyond the playground itself. Younger toddlers can use the baby swings, but honestly this spot really shines for the elementary-age crowd.
