Monkey Playground

Out in Rocky Ridge, this spot is pretty much what it sounds like — open grass, fresh air, and room to actually run around without tripping over anyone. There’s no elaborate equipment to speak of, but sometimes a wide open field is exactly what kids need to burn off energy. It’s the kind of low-key local park that doesn’t try too hard, which honestly works in its favor. Good option if you’re in the area and just need somewhere to let the kids loose for a while.
