The climbing structure keeps older kids busy while the swings and slides handle the littles, and the whole setup is open enough that you can actually see your kids from the picnic tables — a bigger deal than it sounds. Shade trees make the summer afternoons bearable, and there’s real parking, not the “park two blocks away and hope for the best” kind. The open grass field and walking path give you somewhere to burn off extra energy after the playground loses its appeal.
