Splash Pad and Playground at Christiansburg Huckleberry Park

If you’ve got little ones who lose their minds over water, this is your spot. The splash pad keeps younger kids entertained for way longer than you’d expect, and the swings are a solid backup when someone’s done getting soaked. What I really appreciate is the inclusive design — the handicap swings aren’t an afterthought here, they’re part of the whole setup. Pack a lunch because the picnic tables (including a covered section) actually make it worth sticking around, and the restrooms are consistently clean, which honestly can’t be said for every park in the area.
