If you’ve got a baby or toddler and want somewhere quiet to take them, this little spot in Cumberland is worth knowing about. The playground is new and genuinely clean — not “clean for a public park” clean, but actually clean — with swings sized right for little ones. Shaded seating and covered picnic tables make it easy to settle in for a while without rushing. The walking path runs close to the tree line, so you get that nice foresty feel without having to drive out to a trailhead.
