If you live on the Eastside and haven’t figured out that Crossroads is the move on a hot July afternoon, you’re missing out. The water spray area gets genuinely busy for good reason — kids go absolutely feral for it, and there’s enough space that it doesn’t feel chaotic. Beyond the splashing, you’ve got a solid climbing structure, shaded seating for parents who’ve earned a break, and picnic tables if you want to make a full afternoon of it. The bike track and open grass field mean older kids aren’t stuck waiting for a turn on the equipment. Crossroads Mall is right there too, so when someone inevitably needs a snack or a bathroom that isn’t a porta-potty, you’re covered.
