The rubber and turf surface is solid for the 2-to-8 crowd, soft enough that you’re not cringing every time someone takes a tumble. Slides, open grass to run around on, and picnic tables mean you can actually settle in for a bit rather than just passing through. Restrooms are right there and the whole place stays noticeably clean, which — if you’ve been to some of the rougher parks around — you’ll appreciate more than you’d think.
