Playground at Morrill Park

If you haven’t been out to Morrill Park yet, it’s worth the trip — this place is still fresh and it shows. The restrooms are actually clean (a bigger deal than it sounds), and the covered picnic area gives you a real spot to set up without scrambling for shade. Wide paved paths make it easy for strollers, wheelchairs, or anyone who just wants a good walk without dodging roots and gravel. There’s a fenced wooded section that backs up to trail access, so if you want to keep going after a lap around the grass field, you can. Parking is generous with accessible spaces, and the dog park nearby means you’ll often see a good mix of neighbors out here on weekends.
