If you live in this part of Vancouver and need a low-key spot to burn off some energy with a toddler or a kindergartner, this is honestly one of the better-kept secrets in the neighborhood. The climbing structure is solid for the 3-to-8 crowd, nothing over-the-top, but that’s kind of the point — it’s manageable and the kids aren’t getting lost in some giant play maze. Grab one of the picnic tables under the shade trees while they play, then walk a loop around the path when everyone needs a reset. The open grass field gets used a lot for just letting little ones run, which you can’t really put a price on.
