Modlin Field is kept up really well, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every park in the area. The quarter-mile walking track around the perimeter means parents can get their steps in while keeping an eye on the kids, so nobody’s just standing around waiting. Lighting makes it usable into the evening, which is a big deal in a town where options thin out after 5pm. Plenty of parking and wide open grass to run around on rounds it out nicely.
