Blueberry Junction Park (playground)

If you’re riding or hiking the Gandy Dancer Trail with kids in tow, this is the spot to stop. The playground got a solid upgrade not too long ago — Trex material throughout, so no splinters, and everything feels sturdy and well-kept. There’s a zipline, tire swing, merry-go-round, climbing structure, and regular swings, which honestly covers just about every kid from the cautious three-year-old to the twelve-year-old who thinks they’re too cool for playgrounds (they’re not). Clean restrooms right there, open grass to run around on, and the forest backdrop makes it feel like more than just your average park stop. Locals keep it tidy and it shows.
