Holmen’s been growing fast, and McGilvray Park is one of the newer additions that actually feels worth the drive over. The basketball court gets decent use, especially on weekends when the older kids take it over. Pack a lunch — there are picnic tables if you want to make an afternoon of it. It’s still pretty fresh as far as parks go, so everything’s in good shape.
