Southport Park Playground

If you live in Kenosha and haven’t made Southport Park a regular stop, you’re genuinely missing out. The lakefront views here are the real draw — Lake Michigan right there, the Kenosha Dunes trail access just steps away, and that mix of beach and forest that makes the whole spot feel like more than just a playground. The walking path loops through nicely, so parents can actually get some steps in while kids do their thing. It works for all ages, honestly — little ones on the equipment, older kids poking around near the water, adults just soaking in the scenery. One of the better-situated parks in the county.
