If you’ve got kids anywhere between barely walking and third grade, this place is worth every penny on a rainy La Crosse afternoon. Three floors of hands-on stuff keeps them genuinely busy — the water flow feature alone will eat up a solid 20 minutes, and the dinosaur maze is a legit hit with the preschool crowd. There’s even a little Kwik Trip setup, which, honestly, is very Wisconsin. Restrooms on every floor, a changing station, and benches scattered around mean parents aren’t just surviving the visit. It’s enclosed, it’s clean, and the staff actually keeps it that way.
