If you’re local to Menomonee Falls, you already know this park is the go-to spot once the weather turns. Kids aged 2 to 13 have plenty to work with — there’s a water feature that younger ones absolutely lose their minds over, plus the lake and beach access keeps older kids busy for hours. Pack a cooler, claim one of the picnic tables near the BBQ area, and you’re set for the whole afternoon. The shade trees and covered seating actually make it comfortable even on hot July days, which honestly can’t be said for a lot of parks around here. Toss in a solid walking path and bike track, and the adults have no excuse to just sit there scrolling their phones.
