Tucked along Sunset Ave, this is one of those spots locals actually use — not just drive past. The wheelchair accessibility is legit, which makes a real difference when you’re bringing the whole crew. It’s close to schools and parks, so the area already has that neighborhood feel where people actually know each other. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point.
