LaBonte Park-kids play area

LaBonte Park’s kid area is one of those spots locals keep coming back to, mostly because those big shade trees actually make summer afternoons bearable in Laramie. The slides are the main draw for the little ones, and there’s enough going on to keep kids of pretty much any age occupied for a while. Restrooms on-site is a bigger deal than it sounds — you’ll thank yourself for picking a spot that has them. Fair warning though: maintenance can be hit or miss, so it’s worth a quick check before you make the trip across town.
