Good shade trees make a real difference in Austin summers, and this playground actually has enough of them to matter. The setup works well for a wide age range — toddlers through around 10 — with slides, swings, and a climbing structure that keeps older kids busy while the little ones do their thing. Restrooms on-site is a bigger deal than people realize when you’ve got a two-year-old who can’t wait. Nothing flashy, but it’s a solid neighborhood spot that gets the job done.
