Loewy Family Playground

Honestly one of the better-kept playgrounds on this side of Austin. The full fence and gated entry make a real difference if you’ve got little ones who like to bolt — you can actually relax at one of the shaded benches instead of sprinting after them. The rope climbing structure is legit fun for older kids, and the merry-go-round still gets a solid workout, which you don’t see everywhere anymore. Soft turf underfoot, decent parking, and the shade trees do enough work that a summer morning visit is actually bearable. Good for a wide age range, and the kind of place that stays clean enough that you don’t mind when your toddler inevitably sits down on the ground.
