Belmont Park Play Park

Tucked into Belmont Park, this little play area is one of those spots that east Belfast parents quietly rely on. It’s fully enclosed, which makes a real difference when you’ve got a toddler who thinks running off is a sport — the baby swings are a proper hit with the under-5 crowd. Beyond the play area, there’s a decent walking path and open grass if you fancy letting the dog have a run while the kids tire themselves out. Picnic tables and benches mean you can actually sit down and drink a coffee while you’re at it, which feels like a luxury some days.
