Belfast City Council Cherryvale playing fields

Cherryvale is one of those parks that actually delivers on everything — the enclosed play area is solid for younger kids, and parents can keep an eye on things without having to hover the whole time. The walking path gets a good crowd on weekends, and there’s usually a coffee van on site which, honestly, makes the whole thing far more bearable on a cold Belfast morning. Families tend to set up at the picnic tables while older kids drift over to the football pitch. Parking, toilets, benches — it’s all here, and it’s well looked after.
