The football pitch gets regular use, and there’s enough open grass around it that you’re not tripping over each other — dog walkers and kick-about merchants somehow coexist just fine. Parking is actually proper here, which sounds like a low bar but genuinely isn’t in this city. It’s no-frills urban green space doing exactly what it should.
