It’s had a proper refurb recently and it shows — this is one of those spots that actually feels looked after. The setting does a lot of the heavy lifting too, with woodland and water nearby that make it feel like more of a proper outing than just a quick trip to the swings. Walk the path along the canal to get there and you’ve already had half an adventure before you arrive. A solid community facility that Lancaster residents genuinely seem to value.
