Locals know this one’s worth the trip — the dragon climber alone makes it a hit with the under-7s, and it’s sturdy enough to keep them busy for a good while. You’ve got your slides, swings, and climbing structure sorted for the little ones, plus a proper open grass field and football area if older kids tag along. The woods right next to it are a bonus, great for a wander once the kids burn off some energy. Benches are well-positioned so you can actually see what’s going on without hovering, and free parking makes the whole thing a lot less stressful. Genuinely one of the better family setups in Reading.
