If you’re after wide open space for the kids to just run around and not much else, this one delivers. The big grass field is the main attraction here — plenty of room for a kick about or letting little ones burn off some energy without dodging equipment. There’s a walking path that connects through to another park nearby, which is handy if you want to extend your outing a bit. Pack a lunch because there are picnic tables, but don’t expect a lot of gear to keep older kids entertained for long. It’s a solid neighbourhood spot, best suited to toddlers and families who don’t need bells and whistles.
