The flying fox is honestly the main reason kids from around Evatt keep coming back to this one — there’s something about that old-school momentum glide that the newer playgrounds just don’t bother with anymore. It’s a classic older-style setup with swings and a climbing structure that’s got stairs, a metal slide, and noughts and crosses built in. Nothing flash, but it does the job. The basketball half court out the back keeps the older kids occupied, which is pretty much exactly what this age group needs. A few trees throw some decent shade and there’s a bench if you need to sit it out.
