The rocks are the real drawcard here — the whole playground is built around a natural rock pile that kids immediately want to scramble over, which is a nice change from the usual rubber-and-plastic setup. There’s a climbing ladder and metal slide attached to the main structure, plus a two-seat swing set that keeps the littler ones happy. Shade trees do a decent job of keeping things cool, and the bench means you can actually sit down instead of hovering. Best suited for toddlers and younger kids — older ones might find it a bit small, but for the under-5 crowd in Garran, it’s a solid local option.
