Ansett Street Playground

Pretty simple setup over on Ansett Street, but for toddlers and under-fives it does the job. There’s a slide, seesaw, and merry-go-round — nothing fancy, but kids that age don’t need fancy. A few benches mean parents can actually sit down instead of hovering the whole time. The open grass alongside gives little ones plenty of room to run around once they’ve done the rounds on the equipment. It’s the kind of local spot you’d duck to on a weekday morning when you just need to get out of the house.
