Throsby Park (Griffith Shops Playground)

The recent upgrade here has made a real difference — this one’s properly worth the visit now if you’ve got littlies in tow. That speed slide with the diagonal poles is genuinely the standout, older toddlers especially love it. There’s also a spin bar, a climbing structure, and a solid mix of swings including a half-bucket seat for the younger ones. Street parking is easy enough, and the open grass field gives kids room to burn off energy between turns on the equipment. Solid neighbourhood playground, nothing fancy, but it delivers what it needs to.
