One of the better upgrades Modbury has seen in a while — Edinburgh Reserve got a solid renovation and it shows. The fenced play area makes it genuinely relaxed for parents with little ones, and the water feature keeps kids occupied on warm days longer than you’d expect. There’s a sandbox, climbing structure, musical equipment, and swings, so the 2-to-12 age range is actually well covered rather than just a marketing claim. Pack a lunch because the shaded picnic tables and BBQ area are decent, and the open grass field gives older kids room to burn off energy away from the younger ones. The proximity to trails means you can tack on a bit of a walk if the family needs more than just playground time.
