Warrnambool parents know this place well — when it’s raining sideways off Bass Strait (which, let’s be honest, is half the year), Jakitah is where you end up. Kids aged one through twelve can burn off energy on the slides, climbing structure, and tunnels while you actually keep an eye on them, thanks to the solid sightlines throughout the enclosed space. The baby change station and nearby parking make it genuinely easy with little ones in tow. It’s not glamorous, but it does the job reliably and the kids couldn’t care less about glamorous anyway.
