Dolphin Playground

Right on the Bunbury foreshore with Koombana Bay basically at your back, this one’s hard to beat for a quick stop with kids. The dolphin theme makes sense given you’re a short walk from the Dolphin Discovery Centre — you can easily turn it into a half-day out without much planning. There’s open grass nearby for kids who just need to run, and the beach access means someone’s inevitably ending up in the water. Locals use this stretch a lot on weekends, so it can get busy, but the waterfront setting makes it worth it.
