Koombana Bay Foreshore

Right on the edge of the bay, this foreshore playground is one of those spots where you can easily lose half a day without meaning to. The water feature keeps kids occupied for ages — bring a change of clothes, you’ll need it — while the climbing structure, merry-go-round, and swings cover pretty much every age from toddlers up to tweens. Parents get a good deal too, with shaded seating, BBQ facilities, and sightlines that actually let you relax a bit. The walking path and open grass mean there’s room to spread out, and the baby change station plus nearby restrooms make it genuinely practical for families with little ones. It’s one of Bunbury’s better all-rounders, especially on a warm morning before the sea breeze kicks in.
