Sandwiched between the car park and the sand, this one’s basically impossible to walk past without the kids demanding a stop. The climbing structure and slides keep them busy while you actually get to enjoy the view — Rottnest Island sitting out there on the horizon, ocean stretching as far as you can see. It’s pretty simple as far as equipment goes, swings and the usual stuff, but the location does all the heavy lifting. Most people pair it with a swim, which honestly makes sense given you’re about thirty seconds from the water.
