If you live in Flat Bush or Botany, this park is basically your backyard — and honestly, you’re lucky. The playground itself is solid: good slides, swings, and a climbing structure that keeps younger kids genuinely busy for a while. What makes it worth the trip though is everything around it — the bike track, the big open grass field, and walking paths that actually go somewhere. Shade trees and covered seating mean you’re not melting in summer while the kids do their thing, and the picnic tables make it easy to just settle in for a few hours.
