Bonair playground

One of the quieter spots in Silverdale, Bonair gets the basics right without feeling like an afterthought. The play setup covers a good range — slides, tire swing, seesaw, and a climbing structure — so kids from toddlers up through primary age all find something to do. When they’re done with the playground, there’s a basketball court, bike track, and a big open grass field to burn off whatever energy’s left. The shade trees, clean restrooms, and BBQ area make it genuinely easy to settle in for a few hours rather than a quick in-and-out visit. Parking’s free and easy, which around Auckland is never something to take for granted.
