The water feature is the obvious drawcard in summer — kids get completely soaked and nobody minds — but there’s also a solid climbing structure, slides, swings, and a sandbox to keep the younger ones busy. The enclosed play area is a genuine bonus if you’ve got a runner, and the sight lines are good enough that you can sit at a picnic table and actually relax. Shade trees, restrooms, parking — it’s all there, which sounds basic until you’ve been to parks that are missing half of that list. A solid local option for families with kids anywhere from toddlers through to tweens.
