Ventura Key Playground

Right next to the beach, this little playground is a solid stop if you’re already down that way with the kids. It’s the kind of place where you can let the young ones burn off some energy before heading onto the sand — or after, if they somehow still have legs. Parking is easy, which honestly makes a bigger difference than people admit when you’ve got toddlers and a bag full of gear. There are shops and cafes close by too, so grabbing a coffee while the kids play is a very real option.
