The big blue slide is genuinely one of the better ones in Christchurch — kids make a beeline for it every time. There’s also a pond with actual ducks, which keeps the little ones entertained way longer than you’d expect. Swings, picnic tables, and decent shade trees mean you can actually relax while the kids do their thing. The basketball court is a nice touch if you’ve got older kids along who need something to do. Solid all-ages spot, and the kind of place locals keep coming back to on weekends.
