Right in the middle of Riverton’s little town centre, this playground is one of those spots that just works for a quick stop. You can let the kids burn some energy while you’re already out running errands or grabbing a coffee from somewhere nearby — it’s that kind of convenient. The accessible setup means it’s genuinely usable for more families, which you don’t always see in smaller Southland towns. Nothing flashy, but the community clearly looks after it.
