Otaki Skate Park

Locals know this one’s worth the stop — the skate park has decent slopes and walls that work whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been riding for years. There’s also a little bike traffic course on site, which is genuinely useful for younger kids still figuring out road sense. Picnic tables make it easy to hang around for a while, and parking is straightforward, no circling the block. A solid all-ages spot that doesn’t get as much credit as it deserves.
