Honestly one of the better-kept spots in Ōtaki — someone clearly put some effort into the refresh here and it shows. The open grass field is proper sized, good for a kick around or just letting kids burn off energy without them disappearing into the distance. Ages 6 to 12 will get the most out of it, and parents can actually keep an eye on things without having to hover constantly. It’s quiet enough that hide-and-seek genuinely works here, which the kids seem to figure out pretty fast. If you want a low-key afternoon without fighting for space, this is a solid pick.
