Alchester Park Play Area

One of the better spots on the new estate, this play area gets the basics right — a solid wooden structure that kids actually want to climb on, proper green lawn to run around on, and enough benches so parents aren’t standing around the whole time. Parking is genuinely easy here, which makes a difference when you’ve got little ones in tow. It’s nothing flashy, but for a neighbourhood playground in Bicester it does the job well and tends to be well-kept.
