Shillingstone Playground

The zip wire is the main draw here and honestly, it delivers — kids queue up for it on weekends and you can see why. It sits right on the edge of some lovely trail access, so it’s easy to combine a proper walk through the trees with a stop-off to let the little ones burn some energy. Works well for a range of ages, which isn’t always the case with smaller village playgrounds. If you’re coming from Blandford Forum, it’s worth the short trip out.
