Jubilee Field

Jubilee Field is one of those parks that actually does what it promises — the enclosed play area means you’re not constantly chasing kids toward the road, and the zipline keeps older ones busy long enough for you to actually sit down. The swings are proper inclusive ones too, which you don’t see everywhere. There’s a basketball court on site for when the bigger kids outgrow the play equipment, plus picnic tables and benches if you’re making an afternoon of it. It’s a quiet spot, well looked after, and the soft fall surfaces tell you someone’s actually paying attention to how this place is run.
