The themed sections — a little boat, a home nook, sensory boards with locks and handles — are genuinely well thought out for the under-5s, not just thrown together. Staff are actually friendly, not just going-through-the-motions friendly, and the whole space is kept properly clean. Restrooms have a baby changing station, the area is fully enclosed so nothing can wander off, and parents can see pretty much everywhere from wherever they’re sitting.
